“Over the week, l clocked 2-years in office, as Special Assistant to Her Excellency, Bishop, Dr. Eyoanwan Itam Bassey Otu, The Wife of the Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Senator Prince Bassey Otu.
It has been an exciting and exhilarating experience of service, mission, learning and impacting lives.
Without mincing words, there is no office that would have afforded me the privileges of learning, serving and remaining actively relevant like the Office of the wife of the Cross River State Governor.
I am most grateful to His Excellency, Governor Bassey Otu, for finding me worthy to be part of his team.
To my principal Her Excellency, Bishop, Dr. Eyoanwan Itam Bassey Otu, l couldn’t have asked for a better space and working environment.
The warmth, incredible opportunities, love, support, guidance, mentorship and above all your open arms of embrace have made my work experience a home away from home.
In just 2 years, you’ve afforded and accorded me the rare privilege of living my greatest dream of serving and reaching out to humanity.
I have impacted lives, communities, friends, families, churches, homes and the society at large through aides, access, jobs, finances and other numerous life changing opportunities that would have been not so feasible to come bye.
As days turn to weeks, weeks to months and months to other years of immeasurable achievements and delivery of dividends of democracy.
I remain eternally grateful and committed to your ethos, principles and sound doctrines of selfless service delivery to humanity.
To friends, families, foes and all who have made the engagements of these past years a worthwhile experience, I’m indebted to you all in many different ways.
I am exceedingly grateful please don’t stop.”
