The dirty Political plot that gave Ogoja Deputy Governor

Ogoja was not the preferred choice, the deputy Governor position was planted to take out senate from Ogoja. To divide Ogoja votes, The Ogoja Son was to do only first term and taken out for a preferred choice. So He was only supposed to be a means to an End.
The web was set up with Hon. Legor to take Bekwarra, his 3rd term bid was granted. Obudu/Obanliku was supposed to be a walk over with the Governor coming from that axis. Yala was to be taken by Hon. Jude, Barr. Eba, APC state Chairman, and Sen. Odey.
Ogoja had no one and needed a key figure and the Senator was Bakor and the only group that can rival Bakor are the Mbube bloc, and this was to divide the Ogoja votes. The Deputy Governor position was best and Mbube son was picked.
The young man did his best politically to prove his worth. After the elections, he was seen as a mistake and this was openly spoken of by many. The rumours of him likely to be replaced filled the political space, and His replacement was already in the corridor warming up and behold from Yala.
But when the Igoli Blood in him kicked into gear, He called on the gods of Ogoja and they answered. The young man started showing his inner strength of reconciliatory prowess, his charming characteristics and charisma changed automatically the lines of thinking.
The Governor saw not only a Deputy Governor in him but a trusted son capable of renewing hopes and igniting Trust and confidence lost. Today, anyone He visits decides to make a move into APC. It is truly another indication that though Ogoja people may look soft in the surface, but when their inner spirit is ignited, they perform beyond imaginations.
So every strategic Position held by any Northern Cross Riverian Politically was a design to return one man back to the senate and do away with Senate from Ogoja.
Why is Ogoja Senate hold for just a short time such a threat to the entire Cross River North Political leaders? It is a thing of joy to say, that the Governor, Sen. Prince Bassey Otu, if there is any politicians he will love to work with, politically, is the young man who is the Senator from Ogoja, Jarigbe.
For sure Ogoja will support and vote massively to return Governor Prince Bassey Otu. It is also of great interest to note that the Governor have the same situation in his own LGA, Odukpani, where another performing young Senator Asuquo Ekpenyong comes from the same LGA with the Governor.
As a seasoned Politician with an open mind for all to grow, He supported No Automatic Ticket for NASS members, giving room for opem, free and fair contestation for all. Let the people Decide who they want to represent them.
I strongly believe, the Governor is not making Cross River North an exception to this. It is a clear messge, whoever is willing to contest, work with the people and test your popularity in a contestation which is a right for all.
Ogoja is bless after such a long relegation time frame, would we then kill the man who emancipated us from this relegated long stand?
