CALABAR, Cross River State – In a significant move to empower the state’s burgeoning youth population, Honorable Philip Obin Unor, the Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Digital Economy, has unveiled plans to host a comprehensive, free 7-day intensive training program in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Entrepreneurship. The initiative aims to equip young Cross Riverians with vital tech skills to thrive in the global digital economy.
The masterclass, fully sponsored by the Cross River State Government through the Office of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Digital Economy, is designed to provide participants with knowledge beyond foundational understanding.
According to Honorable Obin, the training will “equip them above the basic and foundational knowledge which they need.”
“Are you ready to tap into the global digital economy and start earning online?” Obin urged potential participants, highlighting the program’s objective to foster online earning opportunities.
Key areas of learning during the 7-day intensive training will include:
AI Video Generation: Participants will learn to create professional videos using AI tools, eliminating the need for camera or editing skills.
Content Creation & Monetisation: The curriculum covers strategies for creating engaging content for popular platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on monetizing views.
Dropshipping: Attendees will discover how to establish a global e-commerce business with zero inventory.
Freelancing: The training will impart skills and strategies to secure international clients and earn in foreign currency from home.
