Italian giants AC Milan, fresh off a disappointing season, are reportedly eyeing Super Eagles star Tolu Arokodare as a key target in their summer transfer plans.
The move comes as Milan seeks to revitalize their squad, particularly their striking options, after finishing a dismal eighth in Serie A and exiting the Champions League in the round of 16.
Following their poor performance, Milan replaced coach Sergio Conceicao with Massimiliano Allegri and are anticipating a busy transfer window. With several forwards, including Francesco Camarda, Tammy Abraham, Joao Felix, and Luka Jovic, expected to depart, Santiago Gimenez would be their only remaining out-and-out striker.
According to Football Italia, the Rossoneri are closely monitoring the 24-year-old Nigerian.
Arokodare has garnered significant attention after an impressive season with Genk, where he bagged 23 goals and seven assists in 45 appearances across all competitions. Notably, Arokodare is also reportedly on Manchester United’s radar, potentially setting up a transfer battle for the in-form Super Eagles star.
