Mr Raphael Morphy, Special Adviser on project/programmes, monitoring and evaluations to Governor Bassey Otu has rounded up with the projects assessment tour which took off on Saturday September 13th, 2025.
Morphy led officials of the department of project/programmes monitoring and evaluations to Northern Cross River for an assignment given to him by his boss, His Excellency Senator Bassey Otu to inspect and assess the quality of projects that have so far been executed by the chairmen.
On the spot of assessment, the Special Adviser commended both the Obudu chairman and his Ogoja counterpart for delivering quality projects in their respective council areas and most importantly for meeting with the very need of their people.
The chairmen pledge to do more for their people, adding that it is their responsibility and they must deliver to compliment the people’s first agenda of His Excellency Senator Bassey Otu.
