Projects Monitoring Adviser Ralph Morphy Joins Stakeholder Engagement on Safety Compliance Evaluations

Mr. Raphael Adoga Morphy, the Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Projects, Programs Monitoring and Evaluation, participated in a key stakeholder engagement on safety compliance and monitoring in Calabar on Friday alongside other critical stakeholders in the value chain.

The event aimed to strengthen collaboration between the public and private sectors to ensure that safety standards are met across specific sectors in the state.

The session, which was organized by the Cross River State Infrastructural Development Agency in partnership with the Cross River State Internal Revenue Service and the State Planning Commission, was held at the Tourist Castle Suites Conference Hall.

The engagement is part of a broader government initiative to raise awareness, implement effective policies and cultivate a robust culture of safety and compliance with stakeholders. The discussions brought together key partners, including government officials, industry operators and community representatives, focusing on sectors such as workplaces, tourism, aviation etc.

Key stakeholders in attendance included Dr. Bong Duke; Vice Chairman of the Cross River State Planning Commission, Hon. Effefiong Nta-Eke; Chairman of the Cross River State Infrastructure Company, among other distinguished guests.
