The Special Adviser to the Cross River State Governor on Projects, Programs Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr. Ralph Adoga Morphy, has extended warm felicitations to his boss, His Excellency Senator Prince Bassey Otu, on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
In a celebratory message, Mr Morphy congratulated the Governor on his landmark achievements and commitment to the mandate before him. He listed some of the significant strides made by the Otu-led administration in its first two years, attributing the success to the Governor’s visionary and focused leadership.
The project monitoring Advisor asserted that Cross River State has witnessed a period of “tremendous growth and transformation” since the inception of the current administration. He noted that Governor Otu is “steadily delivering on campaign promises across critical sectors” of the state’s economy and social infrastructure.
The Special Adviser specifically pointed to improvements across multiple fronts, which includes agricultural Revitalization efforts to boost farming and food security in the state, enhanced security measures taken to improve the safety and well-being of residents, infrastructure revamping through the modernization of key government facilities and urban infrastructure.
He also pointed to improvements in both education and healthcare facilities through social services, initiatives designed to harness and grow the state’s potential as a tourism hub.
Concluding, Morphy wished the governor an enduring tenure of sound health, prosperity and God’s continued guidance and mercies always.
