It does appear that the suspension of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has not been lifted.
The Court merely made an orbiter dictum which is merely a “passing remark” on the duration of the suspension against the Senator as being excessive.
Watching a TV press conference of Counsel to the Senate, Paul Daudu S.A.N. clarify the Orders of the Court points to the fact that the news by Channels Tv on Senator Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan’s “recall” is misleading.
I hold the young S.A.N. in high esteem so I believe his position.
Even so called reputable media Houses in Nigeria are unreliable.
What a Country! That’s why I try to double check before giving updates.
May be this explains why the media savvy Senator has not made any post yet.
