The candidate for Abi/Yakurr Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. John Gaul Lebo , joined the Deputy Governor of Cross River State, the Chief of Staff, and Hon. Oden Ewa, (APC) senatorial Candidate for Cross River Central alongside other government officials at the burial ceremony of Late Mma Mary Obono Okoi, beloved mother of Gen. Obono Okoi (Rtd.), Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Security.
The solemn occasion provided an opportunity for Rt.Hon. John Gaul Lebo to identify with the bereaved family, pay his respects to the departed matriarch, and share in the grief of a distinguished public servant and his family during this difficult moment. His presence reflected the importance of solidarity, compassion, and mutual support in times of bereavement.
As family members, friends, associates, and government officials gathered to bid farewell to the late Mma Mary Obono Okoi, prayers were offered for the peaceful repose of her soul and for God’s strength, comfort, and grace upon the entire family.
