A recent account from a Nigerian woman, identified as “RUDA” and culled from New Africa Magazine, has gone viral, detailing a cunning turn of events during a club outing with a “talking stage” date. The narrative, filled with calculated risks and dramatic twists, has sparked widespread discussion.
According to RUDA’s story, she intentionally dressed provocatively for the club night, wearing an “extremely short dress” that she described as “giving dangerously delicious.” Despite having previously informed her date that she doesn’t handle alcohol well, she claims he “kept the glasses coming.”
As the night progressed and seemingly under the influence, RUDA began whispering suggestive remarks to him, such as, “Zaddy, I can’t wait to be in your bed… my body yearns for you so much.” This, she says, caused an immediate shift in his demeanor, and he “rushed us out of the club” with intentions of going to his place.
The plot thickened when, en route, her date allegedly called a friend, putting the call on speakerphone, and declared, “Guy, this babe don high… I swear, tonight go mad. I dey carry am go house now. She dey already give me green light.”
In a moment of theatrical genius, RUDA, who claims to have been “still-very-much-sober,” drunkenly giggled and countered, “Wait, baby. Can we quickly branch my house? I wanna grab my undies and an extra dress. I’m spending the whole weekend with youuuu.” This, she recounts, led him to abruptly turn towards her street.
Upon arrival at her residence, RUDA exited the car, whispered a seductive “Wait for me baby…” to her date, then entered her home, locked the door, and proceeded to take a relaxing bath and sleep peacefully.
The next morning, she awoke to “20 missed calls” and a lock screen message from him simply stating: “You are heartless.” Her response? A concise text: “I want you baby.”
The saga took a more serious turn when he allegedly texted back, threatening legal action and promising to “show me pepper,” referencing his “military friends.” In response, RUDA stated her intention to move to another apartment before the end of the month, fearing potential repercussions.
The story, shared widely online, has ignited conversations about dating dynamics, consent, and personal boundaries.
