In a groundbreaking promotional event, American rapper Cardi B has set a new Guinness World Record for the most deliveries by a UAV drone in one hour. The record-breaking feat was part of the launch of her new album, Am I the Drama.
On Friday, September 19, 2025, a total of 176 copies of the album were delivered directly to fans across the Dallas-Fort Worth region of Texas using a fleet of drones. The operation was a collaborative effort between the rapper, Atlantic Records, Walmart, and Wing Drone Delivery.
This innovative marketing strategy makes Cardi B the first musician to tie a world record to an album launch. Guinness World Records officially recognized the achievement on its X platform, writing: “Most deliveries by UAV drones in one hour: 176, by @iamcardib @AtlanticRecords @Wing & @Walmart at multiple locations today across the Dallas-Fort Worth region, Texas, USA.”
The successful drone delivery campaign has not only generated significant buzz for her new album but has also established a new precedent for how artists can engage with fans and distribute their work in the digital age.
