Senator Ben Ayade, CON, arrived in Obudu, Cross River State, yesterday to pay his final respect to the late Mr. Emmanuel Akpo Angioha, father of Dr. Mathias Angioha MC, Commissioner for Industries, Cross River State.
He was warmly welcomed by a large crowd from where he proceeded to St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Obudu, where a requiem service was held in honour of Pa Emmanuel Angioha.
The late Pa Angioha is remembered as a devoted Father and pillar of his family. His selfless dedication to service and legacies continue to reflect on the children he raised and the lives he touched.
Sen. Ayade, accompanied by wife, Dr Linda Ayade and a host of loyalists, supporters and well-wishers, proceeded to the family compound where the body of Late Pa Angioha was laid to rest, and later to Obudu Council Secretariat, the reception venue of the funeral.
