Renewed Hope Ambassadors’ Team Commended for Mobilization Ahead of 2027 Polls in Cross River

The Boki Chapter Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors has commended the Cross River State Coordinator, Amb. Soni Abang and his team for their mobilization efforts during the recent All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries across the state.

In a statement, Coordinator Victor Agbor said the state chapter’s grassroots mobilization was instrumental in securing the emergence of APC candidates at the state, senatorial, federal constituency and house of assembly levels. He noted that the team’s work ensured the party fielded candidates aligned with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Agbor specifically congratulated Governor Bassey Edet Otu on his nomination as the APC flagbearer for Cross River State, describing it as a well-deserved recognition of his leadership. He also hailed Hon. Oden Ewa, Coordinator for the Central Senatorial District over his Senatorial triumph, expressing confidence that his track record would translate into effective representation.

The statement further acknowledged the contributions of Chief of Staff to the Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Ironbar; Admin Secretary, Chief Dr. Peter Ojie, Distinguished Sen. Prof. Stephen Odey; and Hon. Ani Essien, among others, for their efforts in strengthening the group’s structure and visibility.

“Through collective effort, the Renewed Hope Ambassadors stand strongest among support groups in the state. By God’s grace, we will have cause to celebrate again in 2027,” Agbor said.

He concluded by thanking the leadership and members for their resilience during what he described as a challenging few weeks of political activity.
