The Executive Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, has extended his congratulations to the newly inaugurated Chairman and members of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC).
Governor Fubara expressed confidence in the Commission’s capacity to conduct free, fair, and credible local government elections in the state in the days ahead. He charged the Commission to uphold the principles of neutrality and to ensure a level playing field for all interested candidates and political parties.
