MESSAGE OF APPRECIATION
On behalf of the State Executive and members of the NYCN-CRS and the Cross River Youth Community I express our deepest gratitude to His Excellency the Governor Prince Bassey Edet Otu for his generous grant of Eight Hundred Million Naira ( #800 000 000) to the Ex-Bakassi Defence Force and Farmers in Cross River State. This initiative is laudable and it is aimed at supporting youths of Cross River State.
Your Excellency, your commitment to empowering young people is truly inspiring. This funding will enable so many to provide valuable resources, boost their Agribusinesses and open mor opportunities for themselves and even other young people.
Indeed it is the season of Sweetness and the eyes can see, just like the ears can hear of the great things you are doing for Us.
We thank you for your continuous support to the Youth Community in Cross River State.
Thank you for deliberately nurturing the talents and dreams of our youth ensuring they have a brighter future through various Governments MDAs and Parastals.
I particularly, appreciate the Ministry of Wealth Creation ably led by Hon. Patrick Egbede for excellent executing the various empowerments/trainings. Also we appreciate the Ministry of Youth Development ably led by Hon. Barr. Ukam Ijom Charles for the many interventions and partnerships all geared towards Youth empowerment and Development.
As a Council we owe our absolute support to all of the laudable initiatives and will continually remain partners in the development of Cross River State.
We charge all beneficiaries of this laudable initiative to maximise funding received and become productive and remain productive.
You all are Ambassadors of the People First Government, go out there and represent His Excellency and the State well.
As leadership We look forward to sharing the positive impact of this novel initiative.
