The serene waters of Okpoama-Brass were transformed into a vibrant arena of cultural celebration recently, as the traditional Omugu-Aru (Boat Regatta) took place in a magnificent tribute to His Excellency, Chief Timipre Marlin Sylva, CON, on his 61st birthday.

Decorated canoes, adorned with intricate designs and vibrant colours, gracefully navigated the waves, propelled by rhythmic paddles.
