The serene waters of Okpoama-Brass were transformed into a vibrant arena of cultural celebration recently, as the traditional Omugu-Aru (Boat Regatta) took place in a magnificent tribute to His Excellency, Chief Timipre Marlin Sylva, CON, on his 61st birthday.
