According to a report by AIT, on Saturday August 15, 2026, Child welfare authorities and law enforcement agencies have initiated an urgent investigation following reports of a disturbing case of domestic sexual abuse involving a 14-year-old girl and her biological father.
The teenage girl reportedly became pregnant as a result of an ongoing sexual relationship with her father.
The situation was brought to light after an alert neighbor discovered the circumstances and promptly alerted Human Affairs officials.
Following the intervention of social services, the father reportedly abandoned his daughter and absconded.
When questioned by social workers and child-protection officers regarding her father’s whereabouts, the 14-year-old made a startling statement that highlighted the severe psychological manipulation often present in cases of minor exploitation.
Appealing to the authorities, the minor pleaded on behalf of her father:
“Please do not arrest my father, because I am in love with him.”
The response has sparked intense concern among child protection advocates and legal experts, who emphasize that a minor cannot legally or emotionally give consent, particularly in a dynamic involving a parental figure.
