Pamtech Group Issues Public Disclaimer Following Personnel Changes

Pamtech Group; a leading conglomerate in the media, automobile and business solutions sectors, has issued an official public notice regarding a change in its personnel.

In a statement released today, April 14, 2026, the company formally announced the disengagement of two former staff members, Mr. Somiari Lucky and Ms. Juliet Ibekwe.

The management clarified that effective immediately, both individuals are no longer employees, agents, or affiliates of Pamtech Media Ltd or the broader Pamtech Group. Consequently, they are no longer authorized to act on behalf of the company, negotiate or enter into business dealings using the Pamtech name or represent the brand in any professional capacity.

The notice, signed by the Founder and CEO, Engr. Chidomere Ndubuisi, serves as a firm disclaimer to the general public and business partners.

“Pamtech Group shall not be held liable or responsible for any commitments, representations, or obligations made by these individuals after their exit from the company,” the statement read.

The group emphasized that any transactions entered into with the aforementioned parties are strictly personal and do not involve Pamtech Group.

To protect stakeholders from potential unauthorized dealings, Pamtech Group has advised that clients verify and confirm all engagements through official Pamtech channels, make payments directly to all funds only to verified company accounts, do due diligence exercise caution when approached by individuals claiming to represent the brand outside official structures.
